Accounting & reconciliation
The operator's books, and an honest list of breaks
What it solves
A payment business has to know every day how much money it owns, where it sits and what it earned — and be able to show that its records agree with what providers actually settled. Spreadsheets kept beside the panel drift away from the transactions within a week, and month-end turns into an investigation.
How it works
Treasury and provider funds
Everything the operator owns, per currency: balances on its own accounts plus its share held at each provider, split into reserved, frozen and free. Provider funds show whose money sits on each MID and flag anything that is not covered or not attributed.
A daily P&L that closes
Gross, commission and FX profit, fees and net result per currency for every day. A day is finalised, reviewed and then frozen. A mistake is corrected with a reversal dated the day it is made, never by editing history.
Financial register and settlements
Company money that moves outside transactions — expenses, deposits, withdrawals, OTC deals, transfers, dividends — is posted with a category and a supporting document. Settlements cover both directions: provider sweeps to your own accounts and payouts to merchants against a named MID. Agent terms, earnings and payouts are tracked too.
Import and match
Provider statements are matched against platform transactions on amounts, references and timing windows rather than a single exact key. Anything that does not match becomes an explicit break with a reason, assigned and resolvable.
The advantage
Your position, every morning
Treasury is snapshotted nightly and every balance chain is re-verified against the stored balance, so "how much do we have and where" is a screen rather than a spreadsheet exercise.
Only what actually reached you
The books record the amount that landed on your accounts. An intermediary's cut or a provider's own currency conversion is not mistaken for your revenue or your cost.
Fee leakage becomes visible
Systematic differences between contracted and applied fees show up as a pattern of breaks, and when you dispute a settlement you have the itemised difference rather than a total.
Availability
Enabled per billing plan. Accounting and reconciliation routes are entitlement-gated in navigation and at the API level.
